Elizabeth Julia Ann Sackett, daughter of Samuel E Sackett and Jemima Beeman, was born in Adams County, IndianaG, on 16 January 1880.2 She married in Titus, Little River County, ArkansasG, on 11 July 1897, Thomas Riley Smith, son of Benjamine Franklin Smith and Emaline Stevens. Thomas was born in Collin, TexasG, on 27 February 18763,4 and died aged 58 in Little River County, ArkansasG, on 5 August 1934.4 (Thomas's sister William Ophelia Smith married Elizabeth's brother Jonathan.)
