Stephen Sacket, son of Stephen Sacket and Eunice Ross, was born in Westfield, Hampden County, MassachusettsG, on 7 August 17771 and baptized at the Church of Christ, WestfieldG, on 12 October 1783.2 He died aged 53 in Boston, MassachusettsG, on 12 May 1831.3,4 He married at the First Church, WestfieldG, on 25 October 1798, Hannah Bancroft.5,6 She was born in about 17807 and died aged 35 in WestfieldG on 27 October 1815.8 In addition to the children listed, Stephen and Hannah had a child who died in 1802, a stillborn daughter in 1804, and in 1808 twin children who survived for one day.9,10,11
     Stephen was listed in the census in 1800 and 1810 as a householder in WestfieldG.12,13
