Elvin George Parmenter, son of George William Parmenter and Margaret A "Maggie" Henderson, was born in Mountainburg, Crawford County, ArkansasG, on 12 April 1911.1 He died aged 63 on 17 March 1975.1 He married in ArkansasG in October 1939, Beulah Fronia Huff.1 Beulah was born in ArkansasG on 25 March 1913 or 23 March 19151 and died aged about 87 on 6 January 2002.1
