Ralph Howard Sackett, son of Charles Melvin Sackett and Fleeta Arvilla Stout, was born in New London, Outagamie County, WisconsinG, on 28 August 1878.1 He died on 18 February 1940.2 He was buried at Floral Hill Cemetery, New LondonG.2 He married at Oshkosh, Winnebago County, WisconsinG, on 17 September 1902, Flora Christina Jordan.1
In 1880 Ralph was living in Hortonia, Outagamie County, WisconsinG, in the household of his parents C M and Arvilla Sackett, and was recorded in the census as Ralph Sackett, aged one and born in Wisconsin.3
In 1900 he was living in Hortonia, Outagamie CountyG, in the household of his parents Charles and Arvilla, and was recorded as Ralph Sackett, a carpenter, single, aged 21 and born in Wisconsin.4
Ralph completed a World War I draft registration card on 12 September 1918. He was aged 40 and was living at Wyman Street, New London, Waupaca County, WisconsinG, with his wife Flora. He was employed as a lather.5
In 1930 he was living at New London Road, Hortonia, Outagamie County, WisconsinG, and was recorded as Ralph Sackett, a self-employed carpenter, aged 51. He rented his home. Living with him were his wife Flora, 47, and their children, James, 23, Claude, 19, Adelia, 17, Garna, 15, William, 9, and Earl, aged four.6
