Dora Amy Sackett, daughter of Horace Arthur Sackett and Louisa Brampton, was born in Hackney, LondonG, on 11 August 18971,2 and baptized at St Philip's Church, Dalston, LondonG, on 14 November 1897.3 She died aged 51 at Hackney Hospital, HackneyG, on 12 February 1949.4,5 She was unmarried.
     In 1901 Dora was living at 4 Montague Road, Dalston, Hackney, LondonG, in the household of her parents Horace and Louisa, and was recorded in the census as Dora A Sackett, aged three and born in Hackney.6
     Dora attended Sigdon Road School, HackneyG, from 28 August 1905. The family were then living at 4 Montague Road.7
     In 1911 she was living at 4 Montague Road, HackneyG, in the household of her parents Horace and Louisa, and was recorded as Dora Amy Sackett, a schoolgirl, aged 13½ and born in Hackney.8
     In 1921 she was living at 4 Montague Road, HackneyG, in the household of her parents Horace and Louisa, and was recorded as Dora Sackett, a stenographer, aged 23.9
     Administration of Dora's estate was granted on 25 March 1949 to her father Horace. Her estate was valued at £1,613.10
