Oscar T Parker, son of John Parker and Elisabeth Stebbins Sackett, was born in Fowler, St Lawrence County, New York StateG, on 21 May 1817.1 He died in Syracuse, Onondaga County, New York StateG, on 20 January 1907 and was buried at Riverside Cemetery, Gouverneur, St Lawrence County, New York StateG.1
     In 1850 Oscar was living in Fowler, St Lawrence County, New York StateG, in the household of his parents John and Elisabeth, and was recorded in the census as Oscar Parker, a farmer, aged 32 and born in New York.2
     In 1860 he was living in FowlerG in the household of his parents John and Elisabeth, and was recorded as Oscar Parker, a farmer, aged 42.3
