     In 1891 Jessie was living in Minster in ThanetG in the household of her widowed mother Eliza, and was recorded in the census as Jessie Clark, aged ten and born in Minster.3
     In 1901 she was living at 15 Victoria Terrace, Birchington, KentG, in the household of her widowed mother Eliza, and was recorded as Jessie A Clark, a mother's help, aged 19.4
