Rosanne Rothrock, daughter of Stanley Swigart Rothrock and Rosalind Edith Sackett, was born in Akron, Summit County, OhioG, on 1 April 1930.1,2 She married in Meadville, Crawford County, PennsylvaniaG, on 4 November 1950, Charles Albert "Al" Carpenter Jr.2 Charles was born in Hazleton, Luzerne County, PennsylvaniaG, on 8 June 1929.2 They divorced in 1984.2 He died aged 89 in Cohoes, Albany County, New York StateG, on 30 July 2018.2
     In 1930 Rosanne was living at North East Road, TallmadgeG, in the household of her parents Stanley and Rosalind, and was recorded in the census as Rosanne Rothrock, aged less than a month and born in Ohio.3
