Candace Sacket, daughter of Erastus Sacket and Elizabeth Leonard, was born in Pittsfield, Berkshire County, MassachusettsG, on 5 August 1774 and baptized there in October 1774.1 She died aged 46 in New York StateG on 29 October 1820 and was buried at Watervale Cemetery, Onondaga County, New York StateG.2 She married in PittsfieldG in February 1794, Amos Abbott, son of Jacob Abbott and Marcy ___.3 Amos was born in Amherst, Hampshire County, MassachusettsG, on 28 April 1769.4,5 He died aged 70 in Manlius, Onondaga CountyG, on 5 August 1839 and was buried at Watervale CemeteryG.4
