Nora Armedia Speers, daughter of James B Speers and Lydia Jane Sackett, was born in Luverne, Rock County, MinnesotaG, on 23 May 1886.1 She died aged 72 in St Louis County, MinnesotaG, on 14 March 1959.1 She married in about 1904, John A Running.1 John was born in NorwayG on 18 August 1883.1 He died aged 84 in St Louis County, MinnesotaG, on 29 June 1968.1
     In 1900 Nora was living in Mound, Rock County, MinnesotaG, in the household of her parents James and Lydia, and was recorded in the census as Nora Speers, at school, aged 14 and born in Minnesota.2
