Floyd Lewis Sackett, son of Albert Edward "Bert" Sackett and Mae Lillian Sweet, was born on 17 April 1912.1 He died aged 59 on 24 August 1971.1 He married first Arlene Marie Severance.1 He married second Ruth Joy.1
In 1920 Floyd was living at State Street, Binghamton, Broome County, New York StateG, in the household of his parents Bert and Mae, and was recorded in the census as Floyd Sackett, aged seven and born in New York.2
In 1930 he was living at Afton Street, BinghamtonG, in the household of his parents Bert and Mae, and was recorded as Floyd Sackett, a tree surgeon, aged 18.3
In 1950 he was living at 515 West Main Street, Susquehanna Depot, Susquehanna County, PennsylvaniaG, and was recorded as Floyd L Sackett, a roofer, head of household, aged 36. Living with him were his wife Ruth, 30, a vamper in a shoe company, and their newborn son Timothy.4
