Oliver Perry Davis, son of Matthias Davis and Sarah Ann Sackett, was born in Franklin County, IndianaG, on 8 November 1844.1 He died aged 61 in North Bend, Dodge County, NebraskaG, on 6 September 19062 and was buried at Morgan Cemetery, Kent, Union County, IowaG.3 He married in Kent, IowaG, on 8 March 1868, Mary Semantha Davis, daughter of David M. Davis and Miss [--?--].4 Mary was born in Peoria, IllinoisG, on 23 January 1847.3,5 She died aged 81 in Seminole, OklahomaG, on 16 June 19285 and was buried at Morgan CemeteryG.5,3
