Emma Bayly, daughter of Stephen Bayly and Sarah Sackett, was born in Ramsgate, KentG, in about 1837.1
     In 1841 Emma was living at Church Street, Eastry, KentG, in the household of her parents Stephen and Sarah, and was recorded in the census as Emma Bayly, aged three and born in Kent.2
     In 1851 she was living at Church Street, EastryG, in the household of her parents Stephen and Sarah, and was recorded as Emma Bayly, aged 13 and born in Ramsgate.3
