Charles Oswald Sackett, farmer, son of Henry Clay Sackett and Bathsheba Perrin, was born in Ontario, CanadaG, on 28 February 1873.2,3 He died aged 45 in Fenelon, Victoria County, OntarioG, on 17 August 19184 and was buried at Fenelon Falls, Victoria CountyG.5 He was unmarried.6
     In 1881 Charles was living at Fenelon, Victoria County, Ontario, CanadaG, in the household of his parents Henry and Bathsheba, and was recorded in the census as Charles O Sackett, an American, aged eight and born in Ontario.7
