Ezekiel H Sackett, son of Charles Sackett and Eliza Ann DeGraw, was born in Redford Township, Wayne County, MichiganG, on 10 October 1835.1 He died aged 81 at 451, 14th Avenue, Detroit, Wayne CountyG, on 28 June 1917 and was buried at Bell Branch Cemetery, RedfordG, on 7 July 1917.2 He married first in MichiganG before 1859, Cynthia A. Booth.3 They were divorced on 23 June 1874.3 He married second in DetroitG on 22 March 1875, Ellen Wilkinson.4 Ellen was born in CanadaG in about 18355 and died aged about 42 on 5 December 1877.6 He married third before 1880, Ines ___.7 Ines was born in MichiganG in about 1852.7 He married fourth in DetroitG on 3 November 1887, Mary Jennie Adell Buckley, daughter of Patrick H Buckley.8 Mary was born in Syracuse, Onondaga County, New York StateG, on 10 March 1857.6
     In 1850 Ezekiel was living in Redford, MichiganG, in the household of his parents Charles and Eliza, and was recorded in the census as Ezekiel Sackett, aged 14 and born in Michigan.9
     In 1880 he was living in Detroit, MichiganG, and was recorded as Ezechial Sachit, blind, a government pensioner, head of household, aged 45. Living with him were his third wife, Ines, 27, his son Charles, aged four, by his second wife, and his mother Eliza, aged 72.10
