Alonzo Lincoln Sackett, son of Rev Joel Bascom Sackett and Lena A Coble, was born in Wabash, Wabash County, IndianaG, on 15 June 1869.1 He died aged 82 in Ellensburg, Kittitas County, Washington StateG, on 10 March 1952 and was buried at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, EllensburgG.1 He married in EllensburgG on 14 February 1894, Margaret Jane Coble.1
In 1900 Alonzo was living in Manastash, Kittitas County, Washington StateG, and was recorded in the census as Alonzo Sackett, a farmer, aged 30. Living with him were his wife Maggie, 26, and their children, Carl, 5, Earl, 4, and Asa, aged three.2
In 1910 he was living in ManastashG and was recorded as Alonzo Sackett, a farmer, aged 40. Living with him were his wife Maggie, 36, and their children, Ray, 15, Earl, 14, and Asa, 12.3
In 1920 he was living at Manastash Canyon Road, ManastashG, and was recorded as Alonzo Sackett, a fruit farmer, aged 50. Living with him were his wife Margaret and their sons, Earl, 23, and Doc [Asa], 22.4

Ellensburg, Wash., March 10.—Alonzo Sackett, 82, a Kittitas valley resident since 1889, died after a long illness.
He had operated the Union hotel since 1936 after farming on the west side for many years.
Surviving are his widow, Margaret, and three sons, R. C., Corvallis, Ore; E. B., Seattle, and J. D., Prosser.
