Elizabeth Sackett, daughter of John Sackett and Sarah Tucker, was born in St John in Thanet, KentG, in 18222,1 and baptized at St John in ThanetG on 28 March 1822.3 She was unmarried. She died aged 65 in MargateG in 18864 and was buried at Zion Chapel, MargateG, on 7 December 1886.5
In 1841 Elizabeth was living in St John in ThanetG in the household of her mother Sarah, and was recorded in the census as Elizabeth Sackett, aged 15+.6
In 1851 she was living at 68 High Street, Margate, KentG, in the household of her widowed father John, a mariner, and was recorded as Elizabeth Sackett, a seamstress, unmarried, aged 29 and born in Margate.7
In 1861 she was living at 128 High Street, Margate, KentG, in the household of her widowed father John, a mariner, and was recorded as Elizabeth Sackett, housekeeper, unmarried, aged 38, and born in Margate.1
In 1881 she was living at 5 Vicarage Place, Margate, KentG, in the household of William Hubbard, an eighty-three-year-old widower and retired ship agent, and was recorded as Elizabeth Sackett, a housekeeper, unmarried, aged 59 and born in Margate.8
