George Ernest Sackett, shoemaker, son of George Thomas Sackett and Margaret Still, was born in Hougham, Dover, KentG, on 5 March 1870.2,3,4 He died aged 73 at Etching Hill, Lyminge, Folkestone, KentG, on 22 June 1943.5,6 He married in DoverG on 25 February 1919, Annie Elizabeth Baker, daughter of ___ Baker and ___ Seath.7,8,9 Annie was born in DoverG in 1851.10 She died aged 75 at home at 46 Dour Street, Dover, KentG, on 25 September 192611,6 and was buried at Ss Peter & Paul Church, Charlton-in-Dover, KentG, on 30 September 1926.12
