Emmeline Willett, daughter of Thomas Willett and Emma Talbot Sackett, was born in Northdown, Margate, KentG, in about 1875.
     In 1881 Emmeline was living at Quex Farm House, Minster Road, Birchington, KentG, in the household of her parents Thomas and Emma, and was recorded in the census as Emmeline Willett, a scholar, aged five and born at Northdown, Margate.1
