Floyd Locke Williams, son of James Howard Williams and Electa Matilda Sackett, was born in New York StateG on 1 April 1860.2,3 He died aged 81 on 26 September 1941 and was buried at Greendale Cemetery, Meadville, Crawford County, PennsylvaniaG.3 He married Katherine M Yocum. Katherine was born on 10 December 1866.3 She died aged 40 on 19 October 1907 and was buried at Greendale Cemetery, MeadvilleG.3
     In 1880 Floyd was living in Meadville, Crawford County, PennsylvaniaG, in the household of his parents James and Electa, and was recorded in the census as Floyed Williams, single, aged 20 and born in New York State.1
