Harvey Leander Sackett, son of Norman Sackett and Mary Goudy, was born in Tallmadge, OhioG, on 6 December 18322,3 and died aged 32 in Waverly, Morgan County, IllinoisG, on 13 August 1865.2,3 He married in Morgan CountyG on 2 November 1859, Julia A Moulton. Julia was born on 12 August 1838.4 She died in WaverlyG on 16 November 1882.4
     Harvey Sackett served as a Union soldier in the American Civil War in the 101st Regiment, Illinois Infantry. He died in service.5,2
