Clara Achsah Sackett, daughter of Henry Eldred Sackett and Marilla Rebecca Hine, was born in ConnecticutG on 17 January 1861.1,2 She married on 24 June 1882, W Sherman Pond.1 Sherman was born in 1862.1 He died aged about 36 in 1898.1
In 1870 Clara was living in Washington, Litchfield County, ConnecticutG, in the household of her widowed mother Marilla, and was recorded in the census as Clara A Sackett, aged nine and born in Connecticut.3
In 1880 she was living in WashingtonG in the household of her mother Marilla and stepfather Frederick Brinsmade, and was recorded as Clara Sackett, aged 19.4
In 1870 Clara was living in Washington, Litchfield County, ConnecticutG, in the household of her widowed mother Marilla, and was recorded in the census as Clara A Sackett, aged nine and born in Connecticut.3
In 1880 she was living in WashingtonG in the household of her mother Marilla and stepfather Frederick Brinsmade, and was recorded as Clara Sackett, aged 19.4
