Lelia Luella Sackett, daughter of Oliver Patch Sackett and Elsie Turner, was born in Copley, Summit County, OhioG, on 30 November 1863.1,2 She married on 23 February 1888, William Jasper Todd.1,2 William was born in Stewartsville, DeKalb County, MissouriG, on 26 January 1853.1,2
In 1870 Lelia was living in CopleyG in the household of her parents Oliver and Elsie, and was recorded in the census as Lilian [sic] L Sackett, aged seven and born in Ohio.3
In 1880 she was living at Grand River, DeKalb County, MissouriG, in the household of her father Oliver and stepmother Mary, and was recorded as Lelia L Sackett, aged 17.4
