Neal Cameron Sackett, adopted son of Charles S Sackett and Clara E Knowles, was born in OhioG on 21 November 1892.1,2 He died by suicide aged 40 near his home in Stonycreek, Cambria County, PennsylvaniaG, on 12 December 1931 and was buried at Grandview Cemetery, Johnstown, Cambria CountyG.3
     In 1900 Neal was living in New Lyme, Ashtabula County, OhioG, in the household of his adoptive parents Charles and Clara, and was recorded in the census as Neal C Sackett, aged eight and born in Ohio.4
     In 1910 he was living in New LymeG in the household of his adoptive parents Charles and Clara, and was recorded as Neal C Sackett, aged 18.5
