Alice Maud Sackett, daughter of John Richard Sackett and Catherine Hewitt, was born in Shoreditch, MiddlesexG, in 1862.1 She married at St Paul, Canonbury, MiddlesexG, on 18 February 1882, Robert Alfred Bowker.2,3
     In 1871 Alice was living at 9 & 10 Herbert Street, St Leonards, Shoreditch, MiddlesexG, in the household of her parents John and Catherine, and was recorded in the census as Alice Sackett, a scholar, aged nine and born in Middlesex.4
