Frederick George Thomas Sackett, plasterer, son of George Sackett and Louisa Else, was born in Preston-next-Faversham, KentG, on 17 August 18771,2,3 and baptized there on 7 October 1877.4 He died aged 69 at 82 Park Lane, Birchington, KentG, on 9 June 1947.5,6,7,8 He married at All Saints, BirchingtonG, on 26 December 1901, Florence Mildred Castle, daughter of John Castle and Sarah J ___.9,10,11 Florence was born in Margate, KentG, on 7 September 188012,13,3 and died aged 64 at 82 Park Lane, BirchingtonG, on 14 March 1945.14,15,8
     In 1881 Frederick was living at Chapel Street, Preston-next-Faversham, KentG, and was recorded in the census as Fredrick G T Sackett, aged three and born in Preston, son of Louisa Sackett.16
     In 1891 he was living at 34 Tanner Street, Faversham, KentG, in the household of his parents George and Louisa, and was recorded as Fred Sackett, a scholar, aged 13 and born in Preston.17
     In 1901 he was living at 3 Dartford Villas, Birchington, KentG, and was recorded as Fredk G T Sackett, a plasterer, single, aged 23 and born in Faversham, son of George Sackett.1
     In 1911 he was living at 1 Moss Villas, Birchington, KentG, and was recorded as Frederick Sackett, a plasterer working for a building firm, head of household, aged 33 and born in Faversham. Living with him was his wife Florence, aged 30. Also in the household were four boarders.18

     In 1921 he was living at 10 Gordon Square, BirchingtonG, and was recorded as Frederick Sackett, a plasterer, aged 44. His wife Florence, 41, was living with him. They were visitors in the household of Archley & Rosina Harlow.19
     At the outbreak of the Second World War in September 1939, Frederick and Florence were living at 19 Prospect Road, Margate, KentG. He was a plaster and cement worker.20
     Frederick was granted administration on 11 December 1945 of his wife Florence's estate, valued at £341.21
     Frederick left a will which was proved on 23 July 1947 by his sister Kate. His estate was valued at £903.22
