Franklin Sackett, son of David Alexander Sackett and Mary Shaw, was born in Central Howell, Marion County, OregonG, on 27 May 1875.1,2 He died in childhood on 29 April 1885.2
     In 1880 Franklin was living at Howell Prairie, Marion County, OregonG, in the household of his parents David and Mary, and was recorded in the census as Franklin Sackett, aged five and born in Oregon.3
