Richard Sackett, of Greenwich, Connecticut, son of Rev Richard Sackett AM and ___ ___, was born in about 1706.1 He died aged about 61 in about 1767.1
114. Richard Sackett, of Greenwich, Conn., son of [26] Rev. Richard Sackett and his first wife, whose name has not been ascertained, died just previous to the year 1768, intestate and without issue. So far as can now be learned he was unmarried. In original papers at Fairfield, Conn., is one looking to the distribution of his estate among his next of kin, who are given as "heirs of Nathaniel Sackett, dec'd, Elisabeth Aak, Abigail Hubbell, dec'd, Mary Lockwood, dec'd, and Joseph Sackett." It would appear from this document, which is dated Mar. 7, 1768, that of his brothers and sisters, or rather half brothers and sisters, only Elisabeth Aak and Joseph Sackett were then living.
