Sandra Cecelia Sackett, daughter of Harlan John Sackett and Mary Evelyn Garrett, was born in Ramsey County, MinnesotaG, on 29 December 1934.1 She died aged 88 on 28 October 2023 and was buried at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, MinnesotaG.2 She married in 1957, Edward James Kartheiser, son of Edward J Kartheiser and Elizabeth Haider.3 Edward was born in St Paul, Ramsey County, MinnesotaG, on 20 January 1931.4 He died aged 75 in Roseville, Ramsey CountyG, on 29 November 2006 and was buried at Fort Snelling National CemeteryG.5,6,7
     In 1940 Sandra was living at Lincoln Avenue, St Paul, Ramsey County, MinnesotaG, in the household of her parents Harlan and Mary [Evelyn], and was recorded in the census as Sandra Sackett, aged five and born in Minnesota.8
     In 1950 she was living at St Clair, St Paul, Ramsey County, MinnesotaG, in the household of her parents Harlan and Evelyn, and was recorded as Sandra C Sackett, aged 15.9
     Sandra attended the Central High School, St PaulG, where she was a member of the student council in 1952.10
