John Sackett, a mariner, son of Thomas Sackett and Ann ___, was born in Hull, YorkshireG, in 1787 and baptized at Holy Trinity, HullG, on 12 March 1787.1 He died before 1837. He married at Sculcoates, YorkshireG, on 4 February 1816, Ann Kelsey/Kelsale, daughter of Benjamin Kelsey/Kelsale.2 After John's death, Ann married second at Holy Trinity, Hull, YorkshireG, on 23 December 1837, John Hawson, a druggist, son of John Hawson.3,4
