Lee Bell, son of Thomas Bell and Louisa O Sackett, was born in IllinoisG in about 1858.
     In 1860 Lee was living in Avon, Fulton County, IllinoisG, in the household of his parents Thomas and Louisa, and was recorded in the census as Lee Bell, aged two and born in Illinois.1
     In 1870 he was living in Union, Fulton County, IllinoisG, in the household of his parents Thomas and Louisa, and was recorded as Lee Bell, aged eleven.2
