Guernsey Sackett, son of John Thompson Sackett and Lucie Barlow Reynolds, was born in Brooklyn, New York CityG, on 30 March 1905.1,2 He died aged 23 in Brookhaven, Suffolk County, New York StateG, on 25 February 19293 and was buried at Amenia Island Cemetery, Amenia, Dutchess County, New York StateG.1
In 1910 Guernsey was living at Hancock Street, BrooklynG, in the household of his parents John and Lucie, and was recorded in the census as Guernsey Sackett, aged five and born in New York.4
Guernsey travelled from Liverpool, England, to New York on the SS Adriatic, arriving at Ellis Island, New York, on 19 December 1914.5,6
In 1920 he was living at South Amenia Road, Amenia, Dutchess CountyG, in the household of his parents John and Lucie, and was recorded as Guernsey Sackett, aged 16.7
