Harold Sackett, son of Harry Sacofsky/Sackett and Gussie Cohen, was born in Bridgeport, Fairfield County, ConnecticutG, on 27 July 1914.1,2 He died aged 87 in Lancaster County, PennsylvaniaG, on 20 March 2002.3,4
     In 1930 he was living at 48th Avenue, Queens County, New York StateG, in the household of his parents Harry and Gussie, and was recorded as Harold Sackett, aged 15 and born in New York.5
     In 1940 he was living at 48th Avenue, Queens County, New York StateG, in the household of his parents Harry and Gussie, and was recorded as Harold Sackett, a shipping clerk in an electrical firm, single, aged 25.6
     Harold served in the US Army during World War II from 13 May 1943 to 12 December 1945.7
