Grace Louise Sackett, schoolteacher, daughter of James Albert Sackett and Grace J Mueller, was born at 4110 Bucyrus Street, Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, OhioG, on 30 May 1908.1
In 1910 Grace was living at Bucyrus Avenue, ClevelandG, in the household of her parents James and Grace, and was recorded in the census as Grace M Sackett, aged two and born in Ohio.2
In 1920 she was living at Spokane Avenue, ClevelandG, in the household of her parents James and Grace, and was recorded as Grace L Sackett, aged eleven.3
Grace was a student at Lincoln High School, Canton, Stark County, OhioG, in 1924 and 1925.4,5
