Raymond Charles Sackett, son of Lyle Alton Sackett and Rebecca Hunter, was born in OhioG on 29 January 1914.1,2 He died aged 74 in PennsylvaniaG on 8 June 1988.3,4 He married Luella Alvera Brest, daughter of Edward F Brest and Sarah E Rhyne. They later divorced.5 Luella was born in Sharon, Mercer County, PennsylvaniaG, on 2 January 1917.1,2 She died aged 80 in Trumbull County, OhioG, on 15 May 19976,7,8 and was buried at West Side Cemetery, Sharpsville, Mercer CountyG.9
In 1920 Raymond was living at Morgan Sackett Road, New LymeG, in the household of his parents Lyle and Rebecca, and was recorded in the census as Raymond C Sackett, aged five and born in Ohio.10
In 1930 he was living in Sharpsville, Mercer County, PennsylvaniaG, in the household of his parents Lyle and Rebecca, and was recorded as Raymond C Sackett, aged 16.11
Raymond completed a World War II draft registration card in 1940. He was aged 26 and was living at Sharpsville, Mercer County, PennsylvaniaG.12
Raymond was listed in the Sharon City Directory in 1956 and 1957. He was a driver for the Shenango Valley Transport Company and was living with his wife Luella and son Gerald at 361 Andrew Street, SharonG.13
