Mildred E L Sackett, daughter of Arthur Monroe Sackett and Bertha Desdemona Parsons, was born in Barry County, MichiganG, in March 1898.1 She married in Caro, Tuscola County, MichiganG, on 9 August 1918, Ray J Lappin, a farmer, son of Charles E Lappin and Lola Climpson.2
     In 1900 she was living at Irving, Barry County, MichiganG, in the household of her parents Arthur and Bertha, and was recorded as Mildred E L Sackett, aged two and born in Michigan.3
     In 1910 she was living at Gilford Town Avenue, Indianfields, Tuscola County, MichiganG, in the household of her parents Arthur and Bertha, and was recorded as Mildred Sackett, aged twelve.4
     In 1920 she was living at Quinn Avenue, Caro, Tuscola County, MichiganG, and was recorded as Mildred Lappin, aged 21. She was living with her husband Ray Lappin, 22, a garage mechanic, in the household of her mother Bertha.5
