     In 1910 he was living in RochesterG in the household of his parents Eugene and Ella, and was recorded as James J Sackett, aged 12 and born in New York State.4
     James completed a World War I draft registration card on 12 September 1918. He was single, aged 19, and was living at 46 Hortense, RochesterG. He was employed at Stecher Lithographing Company.2
     In 1920 he was living in RochesterG in the household of his parents Eugene and Ella, and was recorded as James J Sackett, an office clerk, single, aged 21 and born in New York.5
