Homer Sackett Russell, son of Isaac Newton Russell and Flora Susannah Sackett, was born in ConnecticutG on 27 February 1874.1 He died aged 83 in Waterbury, ConnecticutG, on 8 February 1958.1 He married on 24 March 1933, Edith MacQuillan.
In 1880 Homer was living at Watertown, Litchfield County, ConnecticutG, in the household of his parents Isaac and Flora, and was recorded in the census as Homer S Russell, a schoolboy, aged six and born in Connecticut.2
In 1900 he was living at 43 Hillside Avenue, Waterbury, New Haven County, ConnecticutG, in the household of his parents Isaac and Flora, and was recorded as Homer S Russell, a billing clerk, single, aged 26 and born in Connecticut.3
