Brenda Margaret Sackett, a librarian, daughter of Sidney Rupert Sackett and Eleanor W Birkett, was born in King's Lynn, NorfolkG, on 23 August 19121,2 and died aged 79 in Deben, SuffolkG, in November 1991.3 She was unmarried.
At the outbreak of the Second World War in September 1939, Brenda was living at 74 London Road, Chelmsford, EssexG, in the household of a Brown family. She was a librarian and indexer.4
Brenda proved her mother Eleanor's will on 26 January 1956. Her estate was valued at £1,020.5
Brenda visited South Africa, leaving London for Durban on 1 June 1957 on the Jagersfontein.6
