Sacket Darby, son of William Darby and Ann Sackett, was baptized at Birchington Church, KentG, on 14 February 1779.1 He married in about 1803, Mary ___.2
     Sackett Darby was a shoemaker in Ramsgate, Kent. In April 1833 he was declared bankrupt and required to assign all his real and personal estate to the benefit of his creditors.3,4
