Frank Vincent Sackett, son of Charles Lockwood Sackett and Clara M Adams, was born on 17 December 1874.1 He married in 1901, Jane E Morrill.1
     In 1880 Frank was living in La Grange, Cook County, IllinoisG, in the household of his parents Charles and Clara, and was recorded in the census as Frank Sackett, aged five and born in Illinois.
     Frank completed a World War I draft registration card on 12 September 1918. He was then aged 43 and was an engineer at the General Fire Extinguisher Company. He was living at 418 South Columbuston, Mount Vernon, Westchester County, New York StateG, with his wife Jane.2
