Jane Irene Ethel Sackett, daughter of William George Sackett and Jane Woodward, was born in Whitchurch, HampshireG, on 25 December 1893.1 She died aged 82 in Thanet, KentG, in 1976.2 She was unmarried.
In 1901 Jane was living at 22 Burkets Lane, Sudbury, SuffolkG, in the household of her parents William and Jane, and was recorded in the census as Jane I E Sackett, aged seven and born in Whitchurch.3
In 1921 she was living at Infants Hospital, Armley, YorkshireG, and was recorded as Jane Irene Sackett, a hospital nurse, aged 27.4
At the outbreak of the Second World War in September 1939, Jane was living at 7 Seafield Road, Broadstairs and St Peter's, KentG, in a Payne household.5
