Dorothy Daisy Kathleen Sackett, daughter of William George Sackett and Jane Woodward, was born in Whitchurch, HampshireG, on 29 March 18911 and died aged 80 in Thanet, KentG, in 1971.2 She was unmarried.
     In 1901 Dorothy was living at 22 Burkets Lane, Sudbury, SuffolkG, in the household of her parents William and Jane, and was recorded in the census as Dorothy D H Sackett, aged ten, and born in Whitchurch.3
     In 1911 she was living at Hazeldene, Fullers Road, South Woodford, EssexG, in the household of her widowed father William, and was recorded as Dorothy Daisy Kathleen Sackett, a maker of knotted goods, single, aged 20 and born in Whitchurch.4
