Melvin William Sackett, son of Charles Rexford Sackett and Mary Ann Rohan, was born in WisconsinG on 21 April 1911.1,2 He died aged 78 on 22 March 1990.3
     In 1920 Melvin was living at 829 Shepard Street, Rhinelander, Oneida County, WisconsinG, in the household of his parents Charles and Mary, and was recorded in the census as Melvin Sackett, aged nine and born in Wisconsin.4
