Joatham Almeron "Joker" Sackett, son of Daniel Webster Sackett and Lua Louisa Burdick, was born in Hadley, Pike County, IllinoisG, on 11 July 1879.1 He died aged 71 in Pike CountyG on 31 May 1951 and was buried at the Johnson New Philadelphia Cemetery, Pike CountyG.2
     In 1880 Joatham was living in Hadley, Pike County, IllinoisG, in the household of his parents Daniel and Lua, and was recorded in the census as Almeron Sackett, aged one and born in Illinois.3
     In 1900 he was living in Hadley, Pike County, IllinoisG, in the household of his parents Daniel and Lua, and was recorded as Joaham A Sackett, a farm laborer, aged 20, single.4
     In 1910 he was living in HadleyG in the household of his parents Daniel and Lua, and was recorded as Jonathon M Sackett, a farmer on the home farm, aged 30, single.5
     Joatham completed a World War I draft registration card on 12 September 1918. He was then aged 39 and was a self-employed farmer, living at Baylis, Pike County, IllinoisG.6
     In 1920 he was living in HadleyG in the household of his widowed father Daniel, and was recorded as Josephtham A Sackett, a farm laborer, aged 41, single.7
     Joatham completed a World War II draft registration card on 27 April 1942. He was living at Baylis, Pike County, IllinoisG, aged 62, and was a self-employed farmer.8
