William James "Will" Sackett, son of James A Sackett and Mary Ann Shippen, was born on 11 July 1868.2 He died aged 75 on 6 June 19442 and was buried at Eagle Chief Cemetery, Aline, Alfalfa County, OklahomaG.2 He married on 19 March 1899, Lillie Mae Cramer.3
     In 1880 William was living in Illinois, Sedgwick County, KansasG, in the household of his parents James and Mary, and was recorded in the census as W J Sacket, aged 12 and born in Illinois (State.)4
