Nathan Culver Sackett, son of Nathan Sackett and Martha Patricia Daukin, was born in about 1843.1 He died on 24 October 1926.1 He married on 24 March 1869, Margaret A Hamrick, daughter of John Hamrick and Eliza McCullough.
     In 1900 Nathan was living in Cloverdale, Putnam County, IndianaG, and was recorded in the census as Nathan C Sackett, aged 58 and born in Indiana. Living with him were his wife Margaret, 53, and their children, Oscar, 26, Jesse, 23, Birch, 16, and Gladys, aged 13.2
