Edward Dickenson Adams, son of Berkley Dickenson Adams and Beatrice Nan "Bee" Sackett, was born in Red Oak, VirginiaG, on 27 January 1919.1 He died aged 78 in Atlanta, GeorgiaG, on 21 February 1997.1 He married at Honolulu, HawaiiG, on 21 December 1946, Nora Jeanette Dekle.1 Nora was born in Claxton, GeorgiaG, on 19 September 1915.1
     In 1930 Edward was living at Bacon, Charlotte County, VirginiaG, in the household of his parents Berkley and Beatrice, and was recorded in the census as Edward D Adams, aged eleven and born in Virginia.2
