Ezra Davis Sackett, son of Captain Benjamin Sackett and Phebe Davis, was born in 1779.1 He died aged about 79 in 1858.1 He married in about 1803, Chloe Patchin, daughter of Thadius Patchin and Chloe Drake.1
     Ezra was listed in the 1810 census as a householder in Hoosick, Rensselaer County, New York StateG.2 In 1820 and 1830 he was a householder in Lebanon, Columbia County, New York StateG.3,4
     Ezra was living in New Lebanon, Columbia CountyG, in 1837 when his daughter Eliza's funeral was held at his house.5
     Ezra was listed in the 1840 census as a householder in New LebanonG.6
