     Reuben was assessed for tax on real estate valued at $675 in Stephentown, Rensselaer County, New York StateG, in 1799.3
     Reuben was listed in the 1800 census as a householder in Schoharie, New York StateG.4 He was taxed there on real estate in 1801, 1802, and 1803.5 In 1810 he was a householder in Russia, Herkimer County, New York StateG.6
